Acknowledgement

I acknowledge that I have read and understand the registration requirements and refund policy. I understand that if I am found to be ineligible, my registration will not be honored and fees paid will be refunded less a $200 administrative fee. Cancellations on or before October 1, 2026 are refundable less $100 per person; no refunds after that date.

Invited Guests

We allow individuals who are qualified to join the Lexington Group to attend this year's meeting to better understand our organization, in the hope that they will apply for membership. It is not open to people who are "excursion shopping" or who simply like trains.

Guests must be sponsored by a Lexington Group member in good standing. Before we can register a guest, the sponsoring member must contact Al Churella at president@lexingtongroup.org and provide a brief resume, c.v., or biographical statement indicating why the proposed guest would likely qualify for membership.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your registration for a refund less $100 (per person) if requested on or before October 1, 2026. Because we make commitments to vendors, no-shows or cancellations requested after October 1, 2026 are not eligible for a refund.

We strongly encourage the purchase of travel insurance to cover unexpected events that may cause you to cancel.
